Return Merchandise Authorization Procedures
You may return an item(s) for refund within 30 days of the shipment date.

Here's the Five Star Flags return process in four quick steps:

Contact our Customer Service Center via e-mail, phone or fax and request a Return Authorization number. Please be sure to indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement.

If you are requesting a replacement item, a Five Star Flags Service Associate will request information from you in order to facilitate the replacement order. The Associate will follow up with you later, letting you know the expected delivery date for your replacement item. The Associate also will send you a Return Authorization, which contains Return Instructions, Return Information and Shipping Labels.
We require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its original product box with its original packing materials. We also require you to include all components, manuals and accessories. Any incomplete items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To ensure accurate and timely processing of your return, please be sure to use the shipping label provided. In addition, please include the "Return Information" section inside the shipping box.

For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. We will pay for return shipping if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Five Star Flags, or a damaged or defective product. We require you to pay for return shipping for any other reason. CODs will not be accepted. Note that we pay only for ground service on returned shipments unless authorized by our Customer Service Center.

Note: We don't issue Return Authorizations or refunds for individual items that are part of a set unless you are returning the item because of a shipping mistake by Five Star Flags or because the item is damaged or defective.


After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within two business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We will apply the refund to the same credit card you used to make your original purchase, or by check if you purchased your items by check.

Please note that the credit card credits might not appear for up to 45 days, depending on the internal policies of the institution that issued your credit card. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at customer_service@FiveStarFlags.com call us at (949) 650-6698.

Five Star Flags will make the refund for the amount that originally was paid for the item, plus tax. If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, we also will refund the shipping charges. When an oversized item is returned for reasons other than an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit on your original order.

On occasion, we will issue a credit before a product has been returned to us. In such cases, whenever the product has not been returned within 30 days, we will charge you for the original cost of the product and shipping.
